There was an article in Auto-Italia magazine a few months ago - I'd try emailing them for info. As I recall the car featured was for sale but can't remember if it was a Grp4. Wasn't cheap either.....

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I think that one of the (4?) Gp4 cars was offered for sale via Omicron (see link from this site) only a couple of months ago. I don't know whether it sold, because as Hamish says, it wasn't cheap! I think it was still in original condition and had been owned for most of its life by Réseau Chardonnet (which used to be the main Lancia dealership in France, if my memory serves me right). The latest seller was Spanish, I think.
I wish there were more info available about those cars. There must be some technical documentation somewhere, but all I've ever seen is basic engine spec (1800, 16v, 2 DHLA 48s and not far off 200hp).
No idea what's happened to the other car(s).

What a pity ;-) this car is not in the omicron beta list. I think that it was solded.

Yes Chardonnet was the official dealer of Lancia and Autobianchi for France. Very nice person. And, AFAIK, he loves car races :-)

Hello,

Omicron did sell this Gp4 Beta Coupe, but not via the internet!
Probably you get a better answer on the phone, just try it!

As far as I know, there are still four (!) Beta Coupe's Gp 4 but I do not know where.
I have also tried to get a copy of the UK Magazine by phone them, fax them, email them, but unfortunately still no magazine in The Netherlands.

There are several pictures and also specifications, look in the book of Brian Long, he can tell you little.

I am trying to build one myself, and for now, I am collecting the special features the Gp4 has. I am still looking for the special alloy wheels and for the black plastic "wheelwings" but not succeeded so I hope in the future I will get them.

Good luck and if you have any news, spread them! I will be looking forward for it.

Regards, JC
The Netherlands
