Need two good sills for my Spider, can anyone help?

Peter,
Your best bet is to get a set of HPE sills and adapt them to suit. I've only managed to find HPE sills (from betacar) but they fit ok with a bit of 'pruning' here and there. Hamish

peter,having just restored a spyder and replacing both sills,the original what was left is made from 14g or 2mm. pattern sills from experince are not even half that thickness!!

just a quick observation when you do the work take very careful note of the profile of the original sills relative to the bodyshell they are quite distinctive and different from other betas if you adapt other sills you need to take account of the visual difference or you could spoil the car you will also note that spider front wings are different and step out at the bottom to clear or match up with the sill structure whereas coupe ones go straight down I would presume the sills are different to increase rigidity.

Make a pattern of the profile reqd and take it to a sheet metal shop. They may be able to fold/roll something up.
I made new sills this way for a old Austin I restored
