It's a known problem. Not major in most cases. It's probably the sensor in the exhaust which is polluted. Also your EGR valve might need cleening.

Had the same issue recently and as Lanciathema.nl said: clean the erg and sensor!
Should help you out very quickly.
Then for the future: add 40ml of 2-stroke full synthetic oil to each full re-fill.
This helps for better fuel burning as nowadays Diesel/Gazole is very low on additives.
