You can find pictures of the Montecarlo with the correct Carello rear foglight online, but I'm missing mine as well, and have never seen one in real life. So I agree that monst cars don't have them.
Also, while my car came with the brackets for the front foglights (but without the lights), I'm also missing the rear bracket.
I've seen the foglight come up on eBay from time to time, but not at prices I was willing to pay.

Thanks Bernt - do you happen to know the part number of the correct Carello lamp?

I checked the parts catalog. The rear foglight was also available for the standard Coupé (from number 51156). It's either Carello 14.380.000 or SEIMA (no SEIMA number given). Apparently, this type was also used on Lamborghini Countach and Ferraris 308, 400, 512 and Dino. Possibly explaining the silly prices. There was one sold on eBay recently for £125.00.

The front foglights were exclusive to the Montecarlo. The catalog lists "PF Polaris" Carello 02.308.000

Yes - there's a 380 on ebay at the moment for £125 and a 390 - they look the same so not sure of the difference. Fortunately I have the front ones.

Original Lancia rear fog light. Here mounted on an S3 coupé 1974. Car also has original Carello fog lights at the front. Of the front light the reflectors are rusted.
