Bleeding super duplex part. 3

Just starting a new thread...
MBC renovated - check
Brake force limiter - new
All tubing connected as before, and I believe that was OK
Question: I have adjusted the brake force limiter so that the activating rod just touches the end of the piston. Rear axle on stands as if it was standing on the road. Is that correct?
Question: I haven’t started filling brake fluid on the system yet, anything I should be careful about?
Tomorrow I will try and bleed the brakes again!!!
So I will either drive my Lancia in the weekend or put it on a trailer and head for a professional workshop.

After 2 hours of bleeding and cursing NO luck....
NO fluid from the front MBC line connector. This was not a problem before I took it apart and renovated it.
I could not bleed the MBC in the car.
I took it back Home to my workbench and pressed hard on the piston a couple of times and suddenly the fluid was shooting out?
I will try and bleed it some more tomorrow and re-install it and give it another go. NO more ideas I am beginning to wonder who in DK could actually help me with this problem, there are not that many Lancisti up here....

Did I suggest to check if the two halves of the 2nd plunger slide?

Yes you did and could move it by hand. But now I will take it all apart again and clean from the grease (brake cylinder grease it is called) because I have a bad feeling that this grease might be too high viscous for the sliding movement.
This morning I filled some oil in it, just covering the front end of the MBC, and pressed the piston several times - nothing came out of the ports! Very strange indeed.

is it possible that the brake grease has plugged the tiny holes in the pistons?
i only use brake fluid for lubrication when re-assembling. and keep everything clean as an operating room. (or cleaner)

I got the same idea remembering that you both told be to check that the small plunger in front should move - it did when newly greased but now it is completely stuck.
I have just cleaned everything again and now the it slides easily.

Can you put the plungers and springs flat on the table in the order you got them out of the cilinder? And take a pic of course.
