S1 CV joint removal

Hi,
I am in the process of a total strip down and restoration of my S1 coupe, I have pretty much stripped everything except the drive shafts and CV joints. I am struggling to find out how you remove the CV joints, both gearbox and wheel sides, from the driveshafts, any help would be appreciated.
