No top speed

What could it be the reason that the engine runs ok at all circumstances but, doesn’t go further than, let’s say,+-130km/h?... Ignition has been checked, carbs balanced etc but all without result... It’s a S2. Thanks a lot

Thank you very much Huib... spot on! I changed the fuel filter, cleaned the fuel pump, inspected the tank, new air filter...and... back on track!

Have fun.

And put a box of fuel filters in the boot. Once it starts fouling it may go rapidly.
