I have driven Fulvia's for over 30 years (also counting the sixties and seventies) and learned a lot. L...

Re: S1 clutch removal procedure

You don't need to balance the flywheel. To adjust the pressure plate the pressure plate has to be bolted to the flywheel with the disc sandwiched in between. Also the table inside the flywheel may have to be skimmed.

hidden bolt.jpg
It sits where the red arrow points. It is all the way down in the cylinder block. Not really hidden but if I ever forget to take out a bolt, this would be the most likely candidate.

Long time ago that I did that job. I think you can do it if you remove the air filter housing.

Re: How to open the Fulvia's 2nd gen Steering Box

Several options: 1. Eat a lot of spinach 2. The 5 people method. Two hold the table in place. Nr 3 holds the tool on the nut. Nr 4 puts an extension on the tool and applies fource. Nr 5 hammers the nut. Remember that small guy with big hammer achieve more than big guy with small hammer. 3. Use a hal...

Hi Mark

First time I see one on such a bad condition. We would reproduce or repair such a part.
