lancia delta s4 1.8 spark plugs

hi, this is my first post, i have a rough running s4 1.8 1985 lancia. it has been stored for years, and the plugs removed were triple electrode ones. i called lancia / alfa romeo and they have no records prior to 1990 for the u.k, omicrom engineering were just rude, the chassis number is zla038ar000...
