Indicator Lights not working...

Hi all, As the subject says, my indicators are not working, when moving the stalk nothing at all happens, I hear no relay click, nothing. If I press the hazard button I hear a relay click but again nothing happens. Not sure which fuse is used for the indicators.., shared with the side lights perhaps...

Re: tyres/rims - any thoughts?

I have ordered the Michelins, the only one I could get was the energy saver, quite a bit more expensive than it's competitors but locally we get a guarantee for a minimum mileage of 70 000kms and 3 year roadside assistance, ie. run out petrol(?!) keys locked in the car, towing etc... So all in all n...

Re: tyres/rims - any thoughts?

Henrik I am very well aware of their experience which is the very reason that I asked them, having said that I have to work within the realms of what is available locally and out of what is available I have to make the best choice - not entirely easy - and what is priced semi reasonably in other par...

Re: tyres/rims - any final thoughts?

I've come across some Pirelli P4's at an excellent price and all the user reviews have been excellent and would they buy them again? :Definitely! Possibly if I could get the XAS tyres I would then consider it but 165x80x14 is an impossible size over here, the best I can get is 175x70x14 and I think ...

Re: tyres/rims - any final thoughts?

I like the way you think gamma! of course I was quoting a direct currency conversion which is never really accurate but yes the Michelins are quite a bit more expensive - the question is are they really worth it?

Re: tyres/rims - any final thoughts?

Ok the final decision: Either Michelin Energy Savers (73 euros each) OR Firestone Multihawk (63 euros each) Any thoughts on the Multihawks - I'm not too familiar with them. So 175 x 14 will be the size BUT what should be the profile? Attached is a comparison between 3 different size - so what is the...

Re: tyres/rims - any thoughts?

Interesting thoughts...

The problem that I am having is that of finding the correct size.

I'm able to get a 175/70/14 Michelin Energy Saver tyre, is this recommended? Can't seem to find the XAS though...

Re: tyres/rims - any thoughts?

Thanks for all the comments! I've also looked at some light weight alloy wheels which I think suit the car quite well, the are very light in fact much more so than the standard steel rims, surely that would make a difference to the heavy steering? Having said that, they are 14's not the 15's that I ...
