1,3s burnt plugs

The condition of plug #1 on my 71 1,3s Coupe is burnt with melted electrodes. I would attach pic but the site says my files are too big to attach. The other 3 look like the car is running lean. The plugs are NGK and E 3.46. The car also a 20 year old Newtronic electronic ignition.
